Practice Philosophy and Treatment Goals

As a practicing orthodontist in Colorado for over 20 years and a father of four children, my practice philosophy reflects my personality and is an extension of my core values. My practice beliefs and treatment goals have a foundation in three areas:

1. Implement a treatment plan that provides the highest level of orthodontic care and comfort while maintaining a conservative approach that is in the best interest of the patient. My goal is to impart exceptionally beautiful smiles that are affordable and last a life time. Provide orthodontic treatment that ensures the highest level of care while emphasizing a conservative approach. I treatment plan every patient individually as if they were my son or daughter.

2. Provide a fun and friendly atmosphere. My staff and I take pride in our practice by welcoming every patient as though they are family and incorporate fun into our business. We strive to make each visit with our patients a pleasant experience.

3. Deliver Cutting edge technology, leading the profession in distributing the most advance technology available in orthodontics today. Scanning instead of impressions is one of the latest Village Orthodontic innovations that increase precision and accuracy and is more comfortable to the patient. Acceledent is another forward thinking orthodontic technology that dramatically shortens treatment times when used with braces or invisalign.

These innovations along with my caring staff help me provide what most patients want from their treatment: Quality, affordability, cutting edge technology, and efficient yet shorter treatment times.

How to make your treatment go by faster…

I’m sure everyone is wondering how to make orthodontic treatment go by faster?

First things first always keep your appointment. This is important because you need to adjust your bands to keep those teeth moving properly. If it is invisalign you are wearing those to need appropriate adjustment.

Make sure you keep your teeth clean if you do not floss or brush this will cause cavities and prolong treatment. Make sure you take proper care of your invisalign. These instructions are given to you at your initial appointment. If you have misplaced these instructions please call our office and we will gladly go over with you how to care for your invisalign.

Also make sure to always wear your elastic rubber bands the hours and times you are supposed to, if you do not wear the bands this will cause you to extend the time you are in your braces.

Remember for discomfort rotate Tylenol and Ibuprofen make sure you take the appropriate amount according to the bottle. If you have a sore spot apply the wax, this will give you relief
